Some of my freinds refer to me as the healthy one or the crazy one that doesnt eat anything and puts working out before everything else. I have consistently eaten healthy (no soda, no caffeine, no processed sugars) for 2 1/2 years and worked out 4-5 days a week for 1 1/2 years.
