7-Day At Home Fitness Challenge Day 2

The rain is coming lets get outside for todays workout! After today the workouts are going to get a little more challenging.


Warm-Up:

5-10 min cardio (jog, spin,elliptical, row, jump rope, skip) then


4 Rounds

15 each leg ½ circle kicks, lift leg high

10 each side curtsey lunge to squat

15 each side lateral lunge

10 Pike Walk outs

15 Plank Up and Downs
