March 20th At Home Workouts


Workout Option 1: 15 minutes perform as many rounds as possible with good form, resting 15 seconds between each exercise.


1. 10/side Split Squats

2. 20s/side Side Plank

3. 10 Plank Up and Downs

4. 20 Feet Elevated Glute Bridges




Workout Option 2: 25 minutes as many rounds as possible with good form. Rest 15-30 seconds between exercises and 30-60 seconds between rounds.


1. 10 Squats

2. 2 x 5 yard bear crawl forward and back ward

3. 10/side reverse lunges

4. 10 burpees or safe burpees







Workout Option 3: 30 minutes as many rounds as possible with good form. Rest 15 to 30 seconds between exercises, and 1 to 2 minutes between each round.


1. 12 dumbbell goblet squats.

2. 12 dumbbell overhead presses.

3. 12 dumbbell Romanian deadlifts.

4. 12 dumbbell bent-over rows.

5. 12 jumping alternating bodyweight lunges (or regular split squats) on each side.
