Warm-Up:

2x 25 Jumping Jacks, 10 Air Squats, 10 Body Rotations

10 Jump Squats or Squat to Calf Raise

20 Split Squat Jumps or 10/side Split Squats

10 Yard Bear Crawl

10/side Single Leg Deadlift


Rest 90 seconds

10-20 Sit-Ups

10 Superman's
