W/U:

5-10 min cardio (jog, spin, elliptical, row, jump rope, skip) then


10 minutes many rounds as possible


10 each side single leg glute bridge

10 Push-Ups (bird-dog reach optional)

15 Straight-Leg Sit-Up


Fitness Test: 2 min Max Butterfly


10 minutes many rounds as possible

10 Thrusters

10 Burpees or Safe Burpees

20 Russian Twists
