20 Squats - 10 Sit-ups - 20 Squats

20 Lunges - 10 Sit-ups - 20 Lunges

5-10 Push-Ups - 10 Sit-ups - 5-10 Push-Ups


Advanced: You can make harder by using weight or doing v-ups instead of sit-ups
