It is every athletes’ goal to improve their athletic performance and fitness as well as our goal as coaches to help you every step of the way. At Performance Strength Lab our programming is guided by our P³ – Power, Performance, Prevention training system. The P³ Training system at the lab is our 3 pillar approach to athletic success so athletes who train with us can feel what it is like to be faster, perform better and do it all injury free. It is a smart way to train that has our clients consistently finishing strong.

Power is the great equalizer in sports. It lies at the intersection of speed and strength and in turn, we have observed first hand how increases in power improve our athletes’ abilities. With every athlete that I have the opportunity to work with, my goal is to improve their ability to produce power in their chosen sport - whether that is for running, cycling, swimming, golf or field sports - while remaining injury free.

Prevention is our third pillar in our P³ training system. Nobody wants to experience an injury when training or in competition. The only thing that keeps far too many athletes away from their sport is when they are sidelined by injury. As Strength and Conditioning Specialists we take an educated approach to training athletes that is proven through sports science to help athletes continue injury free and pain free. We want to see you finish that next race, but we also want to prepare you up for a lifetime of athletic adventures. Our approach for injury prevention includes improving each athlete’s:
