Whether you're training for your first 5k or your tenth Ultra Run, Performance Strength Lab's Strong Runners Club will optimize your running performance to help you achieve the running goals you've always dreamed of.

In 3 weeks, you will learn how to leverage your strengths and weaknesses in running form and technique to yield noticeable results. Our strength focused training will improve your muscle strength and balance allowing you to run faster, last longer, and do it pain free.
